Our gas log fireplace had not worked for sometime. Larry from Perfection Supply had us up and working in no time. He completely cleaned the fireplace, replaced the switch and now it works great. Very reasonable and great customer service!

Perfection came over today to tune up my fireplace and figure out why it hasn’t been lighting. The service technician, Delio, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job — cleaning out the entire fireplace and replacing a few parts that were worn out, even painting the grate that was looking old. It seriously looks like a new fireplace and it works! The price was reasonable too. We were without a fireplace all last year, because another company came out several times and couldn’t seem to fix it. I wish I would have known about Perfection then. I highly recommend.

They installed my fireplace set after coming out to measure on the initial visit. Professionally installed & fair pricing. This is the second fireplace set I have purchased from them. This one was to replace the flooded set I had before. I upgraded to the remotely controlled gas fireplace set.

We had our fireplace serviced on Thursday 1/10/2019 by John for a tune-up and a new remote control. Perfection Supply originally installed our fireplace in 2000 when we built our house and we have used them two additional times. They do great work and we are very happy with the results. The technicians are on time, professional, kind, and skilled. I would highly recommend Perfection Supply!

We called and explained that our pilot light would come on, but not the burner. Customer service explained what the issue might be, scheduled a service call, and provided a 4-hr window. We received a text the day before as a reminder and to confirm the appointment. Our technician showed up on time, was extremely professional, and very informative. He had the fireplace up, running, and super clean in what seemed like about 20-30 minutes, looking better than it ever had before. A+++ all the way. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Very pleased with this company!!

My experience with this company has been very positive. Frank was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, he did his work quickly and explained as he worked. What I like the most is that he was so uplifting, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again for future services. For now I will enjoy my fireplace. Its finally working after 4 years!

I had my electric fireplace serviced, and the tech explained to me how I could upgrade — with a blower — to force the heat outwards, and a remote control. After this last cold snap in Houston, I can tell you that little fireplace really puts off some heat with the blower! It’s a little noisy, but totally worth it!

The installer just finished and the logs are working great. I must say it was the best experience I have ever had with contractor doing work in my home.
He called yesterday and confirmed his appointment. He then called when he was getting close to my home today. He arrived on time, was friendly, and prepared. His vehicle was clean and he had a very professional appearance. He worked fast and efficient, but he was not “rushed.” He clearly knew what he was doing, and he clearly enjoyed do it. He went the extra mile to make sure the install was to my satisfaction. He trained me on the system and answered all my questions. He then did a thorough cleanup of the work area (it looks better now than before he got here). I offered to help clean up or carry out the trash but he politely said he could handle it. Finally after letting in run for a short time he went back and double-checked everything to make sure it was safe for my family. He tested the system to make sure it was functioning correctly even using special equipment to test for problems.

The gas logs look and work great. And the service was by far the best I have ever seen. Keep up the good work. And use me as a reference anytime.

He came to the door and first introduced who he was and what company he was with. I was actually in a hurry and probably wasn’t that friendly. He actually removed his shoes upon entering the house. I showed him where the fireplace was and he went on to begin working on the fireplace. He was extremely careful not to make any mess and did an excellent job cleaning all the parts and the glass. He even explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Best of all, the fireplace now works. My husband was so bummed that he couldn’t be here when your tech was here. He is an asset to your company. He truly knows his stuff and you can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job. Thanks for sending him to us!! We will definitely be telling all the neighbors about you guys!!

Your technician came out today and did a fantastic job cleaning up and maintaining our three fireplaces.
