The remote fireplace installation was seamless. Great tech that came out. He was so very nice and took the time to explain how to use [the fireplace], replace batteries, etc. I am NOT tech savvy so that was quite perfection! We love the product and it is so easy to use. We bought our house new 20 years ago. Our gas fireplace worked well, but we did not use it often. We hadn’t tried to turn it on in over five years. The glass was very foggy and I assumed a new something or other would be required. After reading reviews, I called Perfection (it turned out they had installed our very fireplace 20 years ago). Alex got us scheduled within a week. Joe got right to work on it and actually made it look like new. I did not know the photos on their website were of the same glass and fireplace – I assumed they were replacements. $169 Standard Gas Fireplace service and amazing skill was all we needed. It’s so rare to receive service that is completely satisfactory top to bottom.
I’d used Perfection for my fireplace but found out they also install insulation, so I added them to the bids I requested from several insulators to insulate my garage. Perfection’s quote was reasonable and I selected them. After some discussion to arrange a good install time, they appeared promptly on the day chosen and were finished by the end of the work day. They paid attention to detail, foaming cracks before they placed batts. I found a minor issue after the crew left, but they were back out within 48 hrs to correct it without any hassle. Great to work with, would use them again.

Technician called ahead, showed up early and made a very quick troubleshooting diagnosis. He had parts onboard to repair/repair and carefully cleaned the entire firebox and log assemblies of our 2-sided gas fireplace. Outstanding service and a fair price!!
