At Perfection, we strive to offer exceptional service at a competitive price while maintaining the high standards of workmanship and customer care our customers have come to expect.

Basic Fireplace Service Pricing

Our current starting prices for Basic Fireplace Service are:

  • March – October: $189
  • November – February: $289

Prices listed are starting rates for the Houston metropolitan area and may vary based on your location, fireplace type, system configuration, or the scope of work required.

Annual Service Benefits

We recommend having your fireplace professionally serviced once each year to help ensure safe, reliable operation and maximize the life of your fireplace. Customers who maintain annual service with Perfection receive the following benefits:

  • Annual Service Reminders – We’ll contact you each year to help you schedule your annual fireplace service before the busy heating season.
  • Off-Season Pricing – Customers who schedule during our off-season (March through October) receive our discounted off-season service rate.
  • Extended Workmanship Warranty – Annual service customers receive an extended workmanship warranty beyond our standard 90-day coverage.

To remain eligible for these benefits, your fireplace must be professionally serviced by Perfection at least once every 12 months

General Terms and Conditions

A one-year warranty is provided on all NEW fireplaces installed by Perfection Supply. This includes replacement parts needed within the first year.

After the one-year warranty has passed, Perfection provides a labor warranty of 90 days on any service work provided. Customers who have their fireplace professionally serviced by Perfection each year receive an extended workmanship warranty of 120 days on the services performed.

NOTE: If any after-sale modifications have been made to the fireplace, the warranty will not apply, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair.

For all fireplaces services, payment is expected at the time of service. If the customer cannot be present at the time of service, payment will need to be made in advance.

Perfection Supply accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards for payment.

If additional parts need to be ordered to complete the fireplace repair, a Perfection Supply representative will contact you for payment on these items.
