These people are class acts. I bought my house two years ago and had some minor issues with the fireplace. I decided to get a tune up and randomly found this company, and learned that coincidentally they installed the fireplace when my home was built about 21 years ago. A friendly technician came out and did the tune up but after about a year I had some minor issues again. When I called them back out, they determined the tech had made a little mistake that caused the issue. They fixed it in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. They could’ve lied and/or charged me but they didn’t.

My fireplace hasn’t been working for three + years and I finally got tired of wasting it. I did some research and contacted Perfection Fireplace to help get it up and running. They were able to fit me in within a week and came out today and were able to service my electric fireplace. Now everything is as good as new and was done at a very reasonable price. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and repaired our fireplace – we thought we were going to have to replace it before having it serviced. HUGE thanks to Alex from the customer service team, as well as Larry, our service technician. We had an issue with our fireplace emitting fumes. There were some initial issues and questions around warranty and what was covered and what wasn’t, but after speaking further with Alex about our struggles in concern (especially with a holiday coming up and guest coming over!) she expedited our ticket and got Larry out to see us the next day. Larry was pleasant, polite, skilled, and helped put our concerns to rest. Looking forward to working with Perfection Supply for our fireplace needs in the future!
