My house was built with a fireplace. I didn’t have a problem until after more than 5 years. Alexandra (customer service manager) helped me determine what was wrong with the unit, she was both very knowledgeable of the product and very patient in walking me through the process. I got the part replaced and now it’s all good! Kudos to your excellent customer service!

We had a new house long ago, and we never used the fireplace until 6-7 yrs after moving in, hey, this is Texas, right? Well, it wouldn’t work, so we called Perfection, who did the original installation, and they did a service call. Seeing how it was new, the tech got it going and then didn’t even charge.

Fast forward, 5-6 yrs later, it wouldn’t start. Once more we called Perfection, and “JACOB” was the tech making the service call. The phone rep who booked the call related that there was a tune-up basic charge. Jacob the Technician diagnosed the issue as an electronic part that likely burned out during a surge. He also saw that we didn’t use the unit, it was like brand new, and so he related that he wouldn’t charge the tune-up fee because it was like new, and didn’t need it.

All the staff and technicians were friendly and polite. The technician was careful and clean throughout the process in our home. They emailed us several pictures showing the steps of their process as they were doing them in our home and were very quick. I have already recommended them to family and friends!! We will definitely use them again. Very professional!!

Our experience with Perfection Supply was very good. We had scheduled a maintenance check and cleaning on our fireplace. The gentleman was on time and very thorough as well as knowledgeable. He made our fireplace look new again and left the area spotless. Great experience and will recommend them to others.

My [fireplace] started not functioning properly so I called Perfection Supply. I was quite impressed with his knowledge on this new version of the [fireplace]. Within an hour he was done and my [fireplace] was back like a brand new [fireplace] with no problems since.

Our fireplace looks perfect! But, great work was not the end of it. Our technician made sure he kept everything neat and clean. I appreciate him taking off his shoes, wearing a mask and completely cleaning everything up before leaving. He was very respectful and polite. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
