Jacob did a fantastic job servicing our two fireplaces that had not been serviced since moving into our house in 2015. He quickly got both fireplaces working and explained about their operation. He was diligent in cleaning, vacuuming, testing for CO, etc. We were unaware of how the batteries should be used and he fully detailed future operating practices to follow. We were very happy with the services received.

Perfection Fireplace Supply recently inspected two fireplaces, one inside and one outside, that they had initially installed in our house in 2006. We purchased the house in 2015 and had never used or had them inspected. The service tech did an absolutely fantastic job. He cleaned up the cobwebs inside, polished the glass, checked all the gas and wiring connections, got the fireplaces working, checked for CO, etc. He was diligent in explaining how each one worked, how to utilize the battery packs, the manual switches, etc. We were satisfied customers and will definitely have them back out next time our inspection is due.
Great service for our gas fireplace from Perfection Supply. Their knowledgeable technician arrived on schedule, was organized, friendly and very efficient. Carried out a full service and cleaning of the appliance and provided some valuable advice on further user maintenance tips. Would highly recommend.

Our flame was very low, almost not visible, we had others try to fix it unsuccessfully. However, Jacob with Perfection came out and not only restored our flame to proper height, he also explained in detail what the problem was.
My fireplace wasn’t working. The remote needed to be replaced. He did this and cleaned it up also. Well done and it’s working fine.
