We recently moved into a 20+ year old home with a beautiful, high-tech fireplace that had clearly been neglected. A technician from Perfection cleaned and repaired the fireplace and explained its use in great detail. He took extensive notes and assured me that everything would be on file so if I ever had questions about using my fireplace (even if it wasn’t broken), I could just give them a call. I was extremely impressed and would use no other service!
They came out and repaired both fireplaces and cleaned the outside one.

Gas Fireplace Service – I was very pleased with Christian. He was cordial, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. He even took his boots off after entering the house. I am happy with the fireplace work that was completed. I will recommend your fireplace services to others.
My gas fireplace was not staying lit so I scheduled an appointment with Perfection. Everything went great. They texted prior to coming and the technician was very professional. He took off his shoes before entering the house, explained what was wrong and completed the maintenance/repairs in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

After my recent annual inspection (which is a MUST if you have an electronic gas fireplace control), I subsequently had a thermostatically controlled remote installed on my 10+ year old gas fireplace. The Perfection Supply installer expertly installed it some weeks ago but only today did I have [the] opportunity to use it. It’s a miracle: not only [a] better remote than came with the unit originally, but now can be set to go on and off as the inside temperature rises, and some control of raising/lowering the flame. I never would have known about this if Jacob, my inspector, had not told me about it. These folks must be the best fireplace people in Houston.

Excellent customer service! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to articulate exactly the issue with my fireplace. I also appreciated the care and precautions they took to service my fireplace.
Our fireplace would shut off on its own and we couldn’t figure out why. It also wouldn’t light when we flipped the switch. Perfection came out [and] serviced our fireplace [and] discovered the issue, replaced the part and had everything working perfectly in no time. Absolutely professional and super knowledgeable.

We purchased our fireplace from Perfection when we built our new house in 1999 and have been having it serviced every year or two since then. We recently had Perfection come out for full service which included a thorough cleaning of the glass, rearranging the logs, checking for leaks, and replacing [the] igniter switch. The price was very reasonable and we were delighted with their work. We love our fireplace and use it all winter long to heat our main living area!

Perfection services our two fireplaces, one inside and the other outside on the patio. They have been reliably on time and the service techs are clearly competent. This last service call they only charged us for the outside fireplace, because the inside fireplace was in very good shape.
