They were able to fit me in within a week and came out today and were able to service my electric fireplace. Now everything is as good as new and was done at a very reasonable price. HUGE thanks to Alex from the customer service team, as well as Larry, our service technician. We had an issue with our fireplace emitting fumes. There were some initial issues and questions around warranty and what was covered and what wasn’t, but after speaking further with Alex about our struggles in concern (especially with a holiday coming up and guest coming over!) she expedited our ticket and got Larry out to see us the next day. Larry was pleasant, polite, skilled, and helped put our concerns to rest. Looking forward to working with Perfection Supply for our fireplace needs in the future!

We had not used our fireplace even once since we built this home in 2001. After Snowvid in February, we wished it had been serviced and ready to use. We called Perfection (the original installation company) and their tech, Jacob D. came out on May 4. He was excellent from start to finish: did not leave any mess behind, meticulously cleaned every part and checked its operation, and showed us how to use it. I would wholeheartedly recommend Perfection. If possible, ask for Jacob D.
